Turinabol 10 mg Tablets

Turinabol (chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, also called Oral-Turinabol) is a synthetic oral anabolic-androgenic steroid derived from testosterone, supplied here as 10 mg tablets. It was developed by Jenapharm in East Germany in the 1960s and was historically prescribed for muscle wasting, poor growth, and weakness after illness or surgery. It is not a widely approved or marketed medicine today, and in the US it is a Schedule III controlled substance, so legal access is limited to prescription or authorized channels. The medicine works by promoting protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, which supports muscle tissue and weight gain. It is considered to have relatively mild androgenic effects compared with some other steroids, though it is not free of them. Like other 17-alpha-alkylated oral steroids, it can be toxic to the liver, worsen cholesterol levels, raise blood pressure, and suppress natural testosterone production. Women may develop virilization, such as a deepened voice and facial hair, and children may experience early closure of the growth plates. It is unsuitable for people with liver disease, prostate or breast cancer, or pregnancy. Any use requires medical supervision with regular liver function, lipid, and hormone monitoring, and it should never be used for non-medical performance enhancement.
